Our BlessingsUpdate on Reese: December 27, 2007...
Reese's story continues on! His foster Mom invited Lacey and her Daddy over to her home to visit with Reese before Christmas. Reese was so pleased to see them both that he piddled all over the front steps trying to get his kisses in! Without a lot of other people and dogs around Lacey was able to spend some real quality time with Reese, and it was quite obvious that Lacey and Reese were thrilled to see one another and Lacey's Dad got quite a lot of love going his way as well! The main reason that Lacey's Dad got her a Yorkie is because of how allergic Lacey is. Those of us that have Yorkies know how blissfully "un" allergic they are! Unfortunately, foster Mom also has a cat and after about an hour of being in the house, Lacey started really feeling the effects of the kitty and she and her Dad had to leave. Future visits will have to be elsewhere which isn't a problem

We would like to once again thank all of you who have contributed to Reese's medical fund. To date your generosity totals $2,292, which has covered all of Reese's medical bills!! All of us at Yorkie Rescue Colorado thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Lacey's Dad couldn't express enough how grateful he is for Lacey to have her puppy back!
